Pancakes are soft, fluffy breakfast cakes made from a simple batter cooked on a hot pan or griddle. They’re quick to make and can be sweet or savory.

2. Cook pancakes

  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat
  • Lightly grease with butter or oil
  • Pour small amounts of batter into pan
  • Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2–3 minutes)
  • Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden

3. Serve

  • Stack pancakes and add toppings
