This is a misleading health claim.

There is no single herb that has been proven to destroy all of these conditions.
Here’s why the claim is inaccurate:
- Parasites are very different from bacteria and viruses, so they require different treatments.
- Urinary tract and bladder infections are usually caused by bacteria and often require antibiotics. Delaying appropriate treatment can allow the infection to spread.
- Herpes is caused by a virus that remains in the body for life. Antiviral medications can reduce outbreaks, but there is currently no herb proven to eliminate the virus.
- Influenza (flu) is also caused by a virus. Vaccination and, for some people, prescription antiviral medications are the evidence-based ways to prevent or treat it.
Some herbs have shown limited antimicrobial or antiviral activity in laboratory studies, but lab results do not mean they are effective treatments in people. None have been proven to cure or reliably treat all of the conditions listed.
This type of headline is a common example of health misinformation because it:
- Claims one remedy treats many unrelated diseases.
- Uses words like “most powerful” without evidence.
- Often links to supplements or products with exaggerated marketing claims.
