1. Make the meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl
- Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish
- Spread glaze on top

2. Make mashed potatoes
- Boil potatoes in salted water until soft
- Drain and mash with butter and milk

3. Make gravy
- Melt butter in pan
