  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: ginger, chili flakes

🍲 Instructions

1. Prep the beef

  • Slice beef thinly against the grain

2. Load the slow cooker
