Honey Garlic Chicken Wings 🍯🧄
These wings are crispy, sticky, sweet, and garlicky—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp oil
Honey garlic sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional for heat)
How to make them
1. Cook the wings
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Season wings with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
(Or air fry at 190°C for ~20–25 minutes)
2. Make the sauce
- In a pan, melt butter
- Add garlic and cook 30–60 seconds
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick
3. Combine
- Toss hot wings in the sauce
- Return to oven for 5 minutes if you want extra stickiness
Tips
- For extra crispiness, dust wings lightly with cornstarch before baking
