  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (macaroni or penne)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (400 g) tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1–1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  1. Cook beef
    • Brown ground beef with onion in a pan.
    • Drain excess fat.
  2. Add sauce

    • Stir until evenly combined.
  4. Bake

  5. Finish
