  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the meatloaf

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl
  • Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish
  • Spread glaze on top

Bake for 45–60 minutes until cooked through (internal temp ~71°C / 160°F)


2. Make mashed potatoes

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until soft
  • Drain and mash with butter and milk
  • Season with salt and pepper

3. Make gravy

  • Melt butter in pan
  • Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes
  • Slowly whisk in broth until smooth
  • Simmer until thickened

🍽️ Serve

  • Slice meatloaf
  • Spoon gravy over meat and potatoes
  • Serve hot
