WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS

Yeah—if it’s properly cooked, garlic butter lobster and scallops is one of those “hard to say no” meals.

Lobster brings that sweet, rich, slightly briny flavor, and scallops are buttery and soft when done right. Add garlic butter and you basically get:

  • rich seafood flavor
  • crispy edges (if seared well)
  • a buttery, garlicky sauce that ties it all together

The only catch is quality and cooking:

  • overcooked scallops turn rubbery fast
  • lobster can get dry if it’s overdone
  • garlic butter can overpower if it’s too heavy

If it’s made well, though, it’s restaurant-level comfort food.

If you want, I can rate it vs other seafood dishes or show a simple way to cook it at home.
