Tiramisu Pudding Cups

🍮 Tiramisu Pudding Cups (No-Bake & Easy)

These are a simplified, creamy version of classic tiramisu—served in individual cups. No oven needed.

🧾 Ingredients (4–6 cups)

Cream layer:

  • 1 cup whipping cream (or thick cream)
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese as substitute)
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Coffee layer:

  • 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Base:

  • Ladyfinger biscuits (or sponge cake pieces)

👨‍🍳 How to make it

1. Make coffee mix

  • Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely
  • Add sugar if you like it slightly sweet

2. Prepare cream layer

  • Whip cream until soft peaks form
  • Mix in mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla
  • Beat until smooth and fluffy

3. Assemble cups

  • Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee (don’t soak too long)
  • Place a layer at the bottom of each cup
  • Add a layer of cream
  • Repeat layers if cups are tall

4. Finish

  • Dust cocoa powder on top

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 3–4 hours (or overnight for best flavor)

🍽️ Result

  • Soft coffee-soaked base
  • Light, creamy topping
  • Rich tiramisu flavor in a quick dessert cup

đź’ˇ Tips

  • Don’t over-soak biscuits (they turn mushy)
  • Chill longer for stronger flavor
  • Add chocolate shavings for extra richness

If you want, I can also make a budget version, egg-based authentic tiramisu, or chocolate tiramisu cups.
