“CAUTION: If you sleep on your RIGHT SIDE, you must have… See more”

That phrase is almost certainly clickbait. The full sentence is intentionally hidden to make you tap “See more.”

There is no well-established medical rule that says “If you sleep on your right side, you must have ___.” People sleep on their right side for many ordinary reasons, including comfort, habit, mattress position, pregnancy positioning preferences, or relief from certain aches.

Some health articles discuss differences between right-side and left-side sleeping—for example, left-side sleeping is sometimes recommended for people with acid reflux—but sleeping on your right side by itself does not reliably indicate a specific condition.

If you can share the rest of the post or a screenshot, I can help evaluate whether the claim has any medical basis or is just engagement bait.
