Pineapple Dream (No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake Dessert)
This is a creamy, chilled dessert with a buttery crust and fluffy pineapple cheesecake filling.
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed biscuits
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Topping
- Extra whipped cream
- Crushed pineapple or toasted coconut (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the crust
- Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar.
- Press into a dish or pan.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Stir in well-drained pineapple.
3. Assemble
- Spread filling over crust evenly.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
4. Decorate
- Top with whipped cream and pineapple before serving.
Tips
- Drain pineapple very well so the filling stays thick.
- For extra flavor, add toasted coconut or chopped pecans.
- Best served cold.
