Strawberry Heaven on Earth Cake

This is a soft, creamy no-bake layered dessert made with cake, strawberries, pudding, and whipped topping.

Ingredients

Layers

• 1 prepared angel food cake or sponge cake, cubed
• 2 cups strawberries, sliced
• 1 package vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 1 tub whipped topping or whipped cream
• Strawberry pie filling or strawberry sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare pudding

• Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
• Fold in sour cream or yogurt.

2. Layer the dessert

In a serving dish:

1. Add half the cake cubes
2. Spoon some strawberry filling/sauce
3. Add sliced strawberries
4. Spread half the pudding mixture
5. Repeat layers

3. Finish

• Top with whipped cream.
• Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

• Fresh strawberries give the best flavor.
