🍕 White Pizza (No Tomato Sauce)

White pizza—also called pizza bianca—is a creamy, cheesy pizza that uses garlic, olive oil, and cheese instead of red sauce. It’s rich, simple, and super flavorful.

Base:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)

Cheese:

  • 1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta (or cream cheese for extra richness)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (optional but recommended)

Seasoning:

  • Salt & black pepper

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the base

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Roll out pizza dough.

  • Spread small spoonfuls of ricotta over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.

3. Season

  • Add salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

5. Finish

  • Add fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil after baking.
