🥔 Southern Potato Salad

Creamy, tangy, and perfect for cookouts, BBQs, or Sunday dinner.

đź§ľ Ingredients

  • 2½ pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold or russet), peeled and chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ÂĽ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ÂĽ cup onion, finely diced
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for topping

🔥 Instructions

1. Cook potatoes

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender
  • Drain and let cool slightly

2. Make dressing

In a large bowl, mix:

  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • relish
  • salt & pepper

3. Combine

Fold in:

  • potatoes
  • chopped eggs
  • celery
  • onion

Mix gently so potatoes stay slightly chunky.


4. Chill

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.


5. Finish

Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
