Pecan Pie Balls

🥜 Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake Sweet Treat)

These taste like mini pecan pies but are much easier—no oven needed, just mix, roll, and chill.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional coating:

  • Extra crushed pecans
  • Melted chocolate for dipping

👨‍🍳 How to make it

1. Mix dry ingredients

  • Combine chopped pecans, crushed biscuits, brown sugar, and salt

2. Add wet ingredients

  • Stir in maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla
  • Mix until a sticky dough forms

3. Shape balls

  • Roll into small bite-sized balls
  • If too sticky, chill mixture for 10–15 minutes first

4. Coat (optional)

  • Roll in extra crushed pecans or drizzle/dip in melted chocolate

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm

🍽️ Result

  • Sweet, nutty, caramel-like flavor
  • Soft chewy center
  • Crunchy pecan texture

💡 Tips

  • Toast pecans first for deeper flavor
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for warmth
  • Store in fridge for up to a week

If you want, I can also make a chocolate version, keto/low-sugar version, or 3-ingredient quick version.
