Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Coat the chicken: Place the drumsticks in a large bowl or zip-top bag and toss with the sauce until evenly coated.

- Bake: Cook for 35–45 minutes, turning once halfway through. Brush with any remaining sauce during the last 10 minutes.
- Check doneness: The internal temperature should reach 74°C (165°F).
