Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes (baby or Yukon gold work best)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
