  • 700 g–1 kg (1.5–2 lb) chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 can (400 g) sweet corn (or 1.5 cups frozen corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. 🍗 Add ingredients

Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Add corn, soup, broth, and seasonings on top.


2. ⏲️ Slow cook

  • LOW: 6–7 hours
    or
  • HIGH: 3–4 hours

Chicken should become tender and easy to shred.


3. 🧀 Shred and make creamy

  • Remove chicken and shred it
  • Return to slow cooker
  • Stir in cream cheese until smooth
  • Add cheddar if using

Let cook for another 10–15 minutes on LOW so everything blends into a creamy sauce.
