🧁 Ingredients

Dry:

  • ½ cup oil (or melted butter)

  • ¼ cup raisins

1. Preheat

Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking pan.


2. Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, combine:
flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt


3. Mix wet ingredients

In another bowl, whisk:
eggs + sugar → then add oil + vanilla


4. Combine

  • Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet mixture
  • Fold in apples (and nuts/raisins if using)

5. Bake

  • Pour into pan
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes
  • Done when a toothpick comes out clean

6. Cool & serve
