Strawberry Heaven on Earth Cake
This is a soft, creamy no-bake layered dessert made with cake, strawberries, pudding, and whipped topping.

Layers
- 1 prepared angel food cake or sponge cake, cubed
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tub whipped topping or whipped cream
- Strawberry pie filling or strawberry sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare pudding
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
- Fold in sour cream or yogurt.
2. Layer the dessert
In a serving dish:
- Add half the cake cubes
- Spoon some strawberry filling/sauce
- Add sliced strawberries
- Spread half the pudding mixture
- Repeat layers
3. Finish
- Top with whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Fresh strawberries give the best flavor.
- Chill overnight for cleaner layers and softer cake.
