Garlic Butter Shrimp

Here’s a simple, really tasty Garlic Butter Shrimp you can make in about 10–15 minutes.

🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp (Quick Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 300–500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 3–5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Lemon juice (1–2 tbsp)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 How to make it:

  1. Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil + butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds (don’t burn it).
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and curled.
  5. Turn off heat and squeeze in lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle parsley and serve.

  • Or even as a salad topping

💡 Tip:

Don’t overcook the shrimp—once they turn pink and opaque, they’re done. Overcooking makes them rubbery.
