  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.
