I’m tired of learning stuff I feel like I should already know

That feeling makes sense. It’s frustrating when it seems like everyone else already “gets it” and you’re still catching up.

But the idea that you should already know most things is usually just not true. A lot of what people act confident about is stuff they learned slowly, forgot, re-learned, or only half-understand. You’re mostly seeing the finished version, not the messy part.

Also, learning isn’t a checklist where you’re “late” or “on time.” It’s more like building layers. Even if you’re revisiting basics now, that’s not wasted time—it’s what makes the next stuff actually stick.

If you want, tell me what kind of things are making you feel this way (school subjects, skills, life stuff, etc.). I can help you break it into something that feels less overwhelming and more manageable.
